The reason I send this registered mail to you is make sure that you receive this letter and telling you that you need to pay me the 3 days (15-16, 19/02/2007) wages for working in your restaurant.
Under the concern from CAB (Citizen Advice Bureau) and ACAS, they state that training is also employment and should be paid. As a trainee, I have been working in Garden hotel and restaurant for 3 full working days. According to the National Minimum Wage, I should get £26.70 per day, so in the other words, you owe me £80.10 for 3 days in total.Please forward payment within 2 weeks from today 18thApril, 2007.
If you ignore this letter or payment, I will give a proof of the persuasive and reliable evidence to Small Claims Court.
